Manufacturing Technician/Machine OperatorOpen Shifts: 2nd Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday – Friday 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - ThursdayWhat You'll DoAs a Manufacturing Technician - you'll run machines and help produce high-quality products. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running efficiently. You'll also maintain accurate documentation of production activities. As you grow your technical expertise, you'll continue advancing through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4–6 months through our Proficiency Program.Daily ResponsibilitiesRun and monitor your assigned machineSpot defects or machine issues and fix minor problemsFollow all SOP and cGMP rulesKeep your workspace clean before, during, and after each jobComplete accurate paperworkUse tools like pallet jacks, hand tools, and power toolsReport safety or quality concerns right awayWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GED preferredAble to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in EnglishBasic math skillsA reliable work ethic and a team-first mindsetPhysical RequirementsStand 8 hoursLift up to 60 lbs occasionallyWear required PPEEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
