Job description
Machine OperatorThis role requires standing for the entire shift, working with tools and machine operating devices, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Operate machines within the lamination departmentStand on your feet for the entire shift while performing production and machine operating tasks.Conduct visual inspections and utilize hand/power toolsFollow detailed work instructions and proceduresUse hand tools and testing devices safely and correctly to support machine operationEssential Skills:Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work as a machine operator in a production environment.Experience or demonstrated ability in machine operation, general production work, or assembly.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Background in general production, assembly, or machining lines.Familiarity with blueprint reading is beneficial.Experience working as an assembler, production worker, or general production worker.Work Environment:Work takes place in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse work environment.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensburg, PA.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
