Printer OperatorNesco Resource is hiring a Printer Operator for a manufacturing facility in Hickory, NC! Position: Printer Operator Pay: $18.00/hour Schedule: 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Shift: 12-Hour Night ShiftJob SummaryThe Printer Operator is responsible for assisting with production operations to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.ResponsibilitiesReview work orders and setup sheets to determine job requirements.Set up and operate printing equipment according to production specifications.Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation and quality.Follow written and verbal work instructions.Perform basic quality checks on finished products.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety procedures and policies.Assist with other production duties as needed.RequirementsMust have basic reading, writing, and math skills.Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.Must be comfortable working a 12-hour night shift.Must be able to work a 2/2/3 rotating schedule.Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.Must be dependable and have reliable attendance.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
