Job description

Machine Operator – High Precision ManufacturingPay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.Locations: Lancaster, PA Shifts:Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; includes a 15% shift differential and a four-hour bonus when the scheduled 36-hour requirement is met.About the Role: Join our team producing mission-critical, high precision components manufacturing SmCo magnets for advanced industries such as Aerospace & Defense, Medical and Semiconductor.
