Machine Operator – Fabricating$18.20/hrFirst ShiftOperate fabricating machinery to cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural materials according to job specifications.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate fabricating machines including:Cutoff sawsShearsRollsBrakesPressesForming machinesSpinning machinesPunch pressesRead and follow job specifications, drawings, and work instructions.Determine proper machine adjustments and material requirements.Position stops, guides, and other machine controls to specified measurements.Use scales, rulers, templates, and other measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions.Inspect finished materials for accuracy and quality.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
