As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in that mission by safely operating production equipment and delivering the quality products our customers depend on. Our Hartland team is seeking gritty problem solvers who take ownership of their work, support their teammates, continuously look for better ways to operate, and demonstrate the flexibility and determination needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Shift/hours:12 HR PM Shift 6:00PM-6:30AMRotating Schedule - Working 2 days, off 2 days and return to work 3 daysMajor ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Maintenance:Operate, monitor, and set up various production and packaging equipment safely.Perform minor maintenance and repairs; address equipment issues and involve maintenance when necessary.Quality Control:Verify correct inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot.Check product output for quality and accuracy; adjust processes to maintain high quality.Document machine attributes and parameters on required forms and logs.Packaging & Handling:Weigh products before packaging; operate equipment to process and package materials.Load and transport finished products; seal and verify packaging integrityAdditional Responsibilities:Communicate with packers on the line status and new jobs.Fill out requisition forms for shortages and scrap components; complete scrap reports.Assist in maintaining proper line clearance; perform backup duties and other projects as assignedMaintain a clean and safe work area; ensure orderly housekeeping.Complete regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$17.25 - $25.00 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
