Machine Operator IFull-time Kent, WA Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants.Become a Key Player as a Machine Operator IYou will operate and set up industrial machines to produce aerospace-quality components, ensuring parts meet design tolerances and production schedules. You will work onsite across rotating and weekend shifts, collaborating with production leads and quality personnel to support manufacturing output and safety.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamSet up, program, and operate machine tools to form, cut, bend, size, and machine parts from nickel, stainless, and titanium alloysEnsure machine setups produce parts that conform to customer-designed tolerancesRead and follow written instructions, sketches, drawings, and documentationUse precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part qualityEnter required documentation in the manufacturing planning and paperless timecard systemsFollow established standards and safety procedures and work under direct oversightHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments, and good manual dexterityBasic understanding of manufacturing planning, sketches, and shop mathematics associated with machining operationsAbility to recognize when to stop and ask for clarificationCapability to perform physical work, including frequent movement and lifting up to 50 poundsPay Range$25.28 - $31.60/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
