Apply today and discover what a career at ALPLA can offer.What you will enjoy doing:Schedule: 6 AM to 6:30 PM, 12-hours (2-2-3 rotation working every other weekend)Main responsibilities:Overall line responsibility from production to packagingEnsure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specificationsAccurately records goods produced, and problems encountered during shiftEnsures product meets all quality specificationsColor change performanceAutonomous maintenance activitiesLine cleaning and line clearanceAssists Machine Operator II/Supervisor and Mold Change Team with mold changes as neededWorking together in a teamEnsure team works together as efficiently as possibleMaintains good housekeeping within departmentPerformance metrics:EfficiencyWasteQuality checksColor change efficiencyAutonomous maintenance completionWhat makes you great:Education/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalentTechnical/mechanical background in Plastics Industry preferredQualifications and requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical Background in Plastics Industry preferredBasic computer skillsDemonstrated mechanical abilityCompetencies:Ensures AccountabilityDecision QualityCommunicates EffectivelyInstills TrustCollaboratesValues DifferencesPhysical demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
