Machine Operator I - Main Pack - 2nd ShiftGorilla Glue Tri County - Sharonville, OH 45241OverviewPosition Type: Full Time Job Shift: 2nd Shift Education Level: High School Category: ManufacturingDescriptionThe Machine Operator I position is responsible for safely operating assigned production equipment while ensuring product quality, productivity, and adherence to established safety standards. Join us in an inspiring workplace where you can belong, grow, and make a difference!What will your day look like?Operate assigned production and packaging equipment according to established work instructions.Verify products are assembled and packaged according to specifications.Conduct routine in-process and end-of-line quality inspections.Accurately document production, quality, and inventory information.Monitor equipment performance and notify supervision of safety, quality, or operational concerns.Assist with equipment changeovers and line setups.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Safely load materials and packaging components into equipment.Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.Work effectively with team members across departments.Complete cross-training activities as assigned.Other job duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.Specific Skills:Ability to follow written work instructions and production schedules.Basic mechanical aptitude.Basic math and measurement skills.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong attention to detail.Ability to identify and communicate safety or quality concerns.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Demonstrated reliability and willingness to learn new skills.Ability to operate or learn company production systems.Company Values:Must adhere to The Gorilla Glue Company's Core Values that ensure everyone works together to exceed expectations.Have fun, be passionate and show it!Act with integrity and respect in all relationships.Communicate openly and appreciate the effort of others.Embrace knowledge, growth, and change.Strive for excellence in what we do every day!
