Job description
Machine OperatorWe are looking for a Machine Operator. Pay rate: $18.50. Schedule: 1st shift Monday to Friday; overtime available on Saturdays.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate Ink Press, Router Cable, Router Press, Router Printing with Auto Press, and Punch Press equipment.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.Load materials and components into machines according to production requirements.Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.Complete production records, quality checks, and operational documentation accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S and housekeeping standards.Assist with machine changeovers and setup adjustments for different production runs.Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, and team members to meet production goals.Qualifications:Ability to stand, squat, bend for prolonged periods, and lift up to 50 pounds safely.Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.Benefits & Opportunities:Competitive hourly wage with overtime options.Consistent first-shift schedule with weekends off, except as needed for overtime.Opportunity to develop skills with diverse material handling equipment in a large-scale manufacturing environment.Supportive work environment emphasizing safety and teamwork.This position is ideal for experienced forklift operators seeking a stable role with growth potential in a leading manufacturing facility.
