Apply today!Under supervision, the person operates production equipment according to instructions to ensure proper operations, safety, and product output. This key role coordinates team activities to ensure that production machines operate safely, properly, and efficiently, meeting quality standards.Shift/hours: 12 HR PM Shift 6:00PM-6:30AMRotating Schedule - 2-2-3 format.Check out what it's like to work at Medline in Hartland, WI by clicking HERE to see our video!Major ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation & Maintenance:Operate and monitor machines, addressing stoppages and issues.Set up, start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment.Perform routine clean-up and minor maintenance.Regularly clean equipment and production areas.Material Handling & Packaging:Pack finished goods and handle materials.Operate boxing lines and manage pallets.Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing.Quality Control:Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.Inspect products for quality and accuracy.Adjust processes to maintain quality standards.Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist with other tasks and projects as needed.Ensure material availability and support team needs.Meet company standards for accuracy, performance, and attendance.Follow company policies and procedures.Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The anticipated salary range for this position:$19.75 - $28.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
