In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used to produce high-quality medical devices while following established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
This role is for Weekend shift (F-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM).
Operate bench-top and floor-type manufacturing equipment, including machine tools and automated or semi-automated production equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues during operation.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using gauges, fixtures, measuring tools, and other inspection equipment.
Verify product quality and document inspection results in accordance with established procedures.
Support statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control activities as required.
Complete production records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
Escalate equipment, process, or quality concerns to appropriate team members.
Collaborate effectively with teammates, production leads, engineers, and quality personnel to support manufacturing objectives.
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or production experience.
Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
Familiarity with measuring tools, gauges, calipers, or inspection equipment.
Experience following quality procedures and production documentation requirements.
