Laminations Department PositionJoin NASL's Laminations Department and build a hands-on career in manufacturing. This is a train-on-the-job role with real opportunities to grow your skill set and advance your career. You'll operate and set up machines used in our laminations process, maintaining quality standards that meet our customers' exact specifications. The right candidate must be able to travel to WI for the initial training.Safely set up and operate lamination machineryMonitor production to ensure consistent quality at the sourceSupport continuous improvement initiatives on the floorComplete each product to customer specificationsAbility to stand for up to 10 hours per shiftAbility to lift 5–50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, crouching, and kneelingComfortable use of hands and wrists throughout the shiftAbility to travel for initial training
