US-La Grange-Operator IOur client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: La Grange, NCShift: Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:30am)What's the Job?Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specificationsStudy blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerancesPerform machine start-up, operation, troubleshooting, and adjustments as neededComplete changeovers and material feedthroughsConduct first piece inspections and use gauges and calipers to verify finished workpiecesWhat's Needed?Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorshipHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious manufacturing experience preferredAbility to perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbsWillingness to work overtime and some weekend hours as requiredWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentConsistent night shift schedule with potential for overtimeSupportive team and professional growth opportunitiesEngagement in meaningful work producing quality componentsWork in a company committed to safety and quality standards
