Machine OperatorHot JobLeominster - Leominster, MA 01453OverviewSalary Range $17.00 - $22.00 HourlyDescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Machine Operator (1st Shift)DEPARTMENT: Panel BlankJOB TYPE: CNC - Machine Operator (Saws and DET)REPORTS TO: Alexis AlonsoPOSTING START DATE: 03/24/2026HOURS: Monday – Friday. Minimum of 40+ hour work week (overtime as needed).FunctionOperate CNC Machine, Perform TPM and first piece's inspection. Mostly work with some production floor interface.Candidate must possess or demonstrate the ability to work with computers, dust and heavy parts in a fast-track environment (training available).Require the attitude to work with minimum supervision.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRun CNC Machine and move heavy parts - (almost 86% of time)Inspect quality of products - (almost 2% of time)Support other team members - (almost 10% of time)Suggest ideas for improvement- (almost 0.5% of time)Report Inspection status (TPM) - (almost 0.5% of time)Attend department meetings and training - (almost 1% of time)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESWork with minimal supervision and be extremely flexible.Excellent communications skills.Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environmentTeam player and self-commitment when it is necessary, in other words, with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with all employees, keeping an excellent work ethic.Demonstrate a management style characterized by personal integrity, collaboration, creativity, and flexibility.At AIS, we have a strong set of values that guide our business and help us align with our customers.We listen to our Customers.
