Job description
Machine OperatorWe're seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our team in Lewiston, Maine. This hands-on role involves reading blueprints, setting up and operating production equipment, performing secondary machining operations, inspecting parts for quality, and assisting with general carpentry tasks.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent experience3+ years of machine operation experience, including press brake operationWelding experience preferredIndustrial metal fabrication or machine shop experience is a strong plusStrong math and measurement skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings, prints, and job ordersTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periodsLift and move 50-70 lbs intermittently as neededIf you're safety-focused, quality-driven, and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
