Assembler Lexington, VAModine in Lexington, VA is hiring Assemblers to support production operations. In this role, you will build and assemble components using drawings, tools, and work instructions while rotating across multiple stations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or general labor experience looking for steady work, competitive pay, and multiple shift options.OverviewChoose the schedule that works best for you:Weekend Days (FriSun, 6am6pm)Paid for 40 hours$24.23/hrWeekend Nights (FriSun, 6pm6am)Paid for 40 hours$24.23/hr2nd Shift (MonFri, 3pm11pm)$25.23/hr3rd Shift (MonFri, 11pm7:30am)$25.73/hrKey ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret dimensional drawings and blueprintsAssemble units including casings, frames, and A-coilsUse hand and power tools such as impact guns, pliers, and wrenchesRoute wiring and connect sub-assembliesRotate between workstations as neededInspect parts and identify/report defectsTrack and record completed workFollow all safety and production guidelinesRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in assembly, production, or general laborComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyBasic blueprint or drawing interpretation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.23 - $25.73/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
