Machine Operator Level 2We offer:Longevity bonusAttendance bonusPerfect attendance bonus7 Paid HolidaysSign on Bonus401 K after a 1 yearInsurance after 60 daysThe Machine Operator Level 2 employee is responsible for following proper procedures and specifications in the operation of but not limited to the wrappers, mixers and lamination equipment to ensure consistent finished goods.This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as neededMay be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contactsAccept and adapt easily to changeEnsure that all activities are consistent with Company Mission StatementOperate job-related equipment with or without an accommodationMeet physical demands of job with or without an accommodationPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and assigned task satisfactorily.
