Machine Operator (Machine Room)Century Casegoods Plant 1 - Hickory, NC 28601OverviewPosition Type: Full Time Job Shift: DayDescriptionThis position is responsible for operating various machines in assigned area(s).Essential Duties:Operates a variety of machines including but not limited to bandsaw, hand shaper, table saw, pin router, bell miter, variety saw as well as bore and teton machinesMust follow all safety policies and proceduresAll other duties as assignedQualificationsPosition Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredMust be able to read route sheetPrevious machine operation experience is preferredPhysical Requirements:The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
