Job description
Machine Operator/MachinistWe're looking for an entry-level, hands-on Manual Machinist to join our team. In this role, you'll machine and fabricate precision components used in firearms. You should have some experience with mills, lathes, and grinders—and a sharp eye for detail.What You'll Do:Machine parts to precise tolerances using manual mills, lathes, and surface grindersUse calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracyAssist with general shop tasks and occasional forklift/pallet jack useWhat You Bring:Machining or machine operating experience is a plusFamiliarity with mechanical systems—bearings, pneumatics, actuators, sensorsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for most of the shiftStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasksComfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentBasic knowledge of pneumatic and automation components preferredWhy Work With Us:Competitive compensation and benefitsA chance to work on high-impact, one-of-a-kind equipmentSupportive, collaborative team cultureOpportunities to expand your skills in automation and fabrication
