Job description
Machine OperatorOur client, a food manufacturing company in Richland County, Wisconsin, is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery and wants to develop their mechanical skills through on-the-job training in machine maintenance.If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a stable career with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities include:Operate food manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production.Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting.Receive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures.Support production goals while maintaining food safety and quality standards.Keep work areas clean and organized following GMP and safety requirements.Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency.Qualifications include:At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Production Team Member.Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine maintenance.Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and performing basic repairs as trained.Reliable work history with a strong attendance record.Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Schedule includes:Day Shift starts at 6:00 AM.Shift length varies based on production needs and customer orders.Typical workdays range from 4 to 12 hours.Weekly hours generally range from 30–50 hours (full-time).Why Join?Hands-on training in machine maintenanceOpportunity to build valuable manufacturing skillsStable food manufacturing environmentBenefits package includedGrowth opportunities within the companyInterested?
