Manufacturing Machine OperatorJoin a growing manufacturing company that produces essential components used in products made by leading manufacturers around the world. Rather than being sold directly to consumers, its connectors and sensors are integrated into electric vehicles, aircraft, factory automation equipment, medical devices, and telecommunications infrastructure.Known for its strong team-oriented culture, commitment to workplace safety, and opportunities for career growth, the company provides an excellent environment for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.Schedule: Monday-Friday: 2:30pm - 11:00pmMust be comfortable training on 1st shift for a few weeksJob Duties:Set up and operate various machines and assemble parts as directed by Cell Lead.Read and understand bill of materials and blueprints of drawings.Communicate with Cell Lead on all issues related to discrepancies on drawing or BOM.Work closely with the Quality Department to conduct inspections during the production process and verify product meets customer specifications and industry standards.Operate air and power tools as needed in order to aid in the manufacturing process.Maintain productivity at levels that match or exceed production standards.Follow safety rules and use safe procedures.Keep all tools and supplies put away in the appropriate location on a daily basis.
