Job description
Machine OperatorsWe are looking for multiple skilled machine operators to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production.Shift, location, and pay rates will vary with each client location. If you have more than 5 years of consistent machine operating experience, you may qualify for a higher pay rate.A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.ResponsibilitiesSet up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesMay inspect produced parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsKeep records of approved and defective units or final products (computer skills)Maintain activity logs as directedRequirements and skillsProven experience as a machine operatorWorking knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)Understanding of production proceduresAdherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)Ability to read and understand production procedures in EnglishAttention to detailTeamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and strength / stand for long periods of timeDue to our growth, we are always accepting applications for top talent to join our clients now or in the future.HOW TO APPLY: Text APPLY2024 to our # or email your current resume to or complete your work history with our online application at US: "Express Employment Professionals works with job seekers to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
