We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with machine operation, warehouse, production, packaging, or forklift experience who enjoy staying active and working in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities
* Operate production equipment and machines safely and efficiently
* Inspect and prepare materials, reels, boxes, and pallets for production
* Package, wrap, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
* Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts
* Perform quality inspections on finished products
* Maintain accurate inventory, production, and ERP system records
* Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks throughout the production area
* Organize warehouse and production areas to maintain efficiency and safety
* Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns as needed
* Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and safety requirements at all times
Requirements
* 6+ months of machine operation, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
* High School Diploma or GED
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
* Machine operation
* Forklift operation
* Warehouse or inventory experience
* Packaging and shipping
* ERP systems or inventory tracking software
* Manufacturing or production environments
* Cleanroom or GMP environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, IA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
