Machine OperatorOur client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine OperatorLocation: Mission, TXPay Range: $14 (1st shift) $14.25 (2nd shift) $14.50(3rd Shift)Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm) 2nd Shift( Monday - Friday 2PM to 10PM) 3rd Shift (Monday - Friday 10PM to 6AM)What's the Job?Perform mold changes, including setup and removal, following safety guidelinesConnect and troubleshoot water, hydraulic, and air lines, as well as hot runner controllersInstall end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and participate in continuous improvement activitiesMaintain accurate mold and tool locations and prepare molds for production runsPerform basic preventive maintenance, clean molds, and address mechanical or operational issuesWhat's Needed?High School diploma or GED required; trade school or technical certification preferredMinimum of two years of hands-on experience in an injection molding environmentFamiliarity with connecting and troubleshooting water, hydraulic, and air lines, as well as hot runner controllersExperience using material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists, pallet jacks, and tool cartsAbility to read and interpret electrical and electronic diagrams and schematicsWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentSupportive team-oriented workplace culturePotential for skill development and career growthConsistent work schedule with overtime opportunitiesCompetitive pay rate with shift differentialUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
