Machine OperatorMonroe, GACompensation IncludesStarting Pay Rate of $19.50/hourAvailable Shift2nd: 4:00pm – 12:00am3rd: 12:00am - 8:00amB Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm: Friday, Saturday, and SundayD Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am: Friday, Saturday, and SundayResponsibilitiesConsistently and safely operates machines at or above standard levels of operation including waste, quality, efficiency, and utilizationTroubleshoots, identifies, and corrects machine-related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machineProvides innovative solutions for production issuesProvides support and guidance to less experienced personnelCompletes appropriate end-of-shift paperwork, accounting for crewing time, machine time, and production quantitiesInspects and recognizes defective product and makes machine adjustments to correct the cause of defectsObserves all housekeeping, standard work, and safety guidelinesRequires mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, and effective written and verbal communication skillsQualificationsManual dexterityExcellent communication skillsAbility to maintain detailed records at prescribed frequenciesStrong hand/eye coordinationAnalytical skillsMath skills (use of calculators to determine and record production data)Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve minor machine issuesUnderstanding of production measurement tools such as levelsKnowledge of product quality standardsUnderstanding of the principles of Thermoforming machinesCompany BenefitsWhat You'll Get From UsWith safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
