The position offers a base pay of $21.31 per hour with potential incentive bonuses based on production. The typical work schedule follows a 2-3-2 pattern, with shifts including Monday, Thursday, Friday in Work Week 1 and Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday in Work Week 2. Overtime pay is available for every paycheck.Preferred skills include experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, proficiency in using precision measuring tools and calculators, strong math skills, a good work history, superior attendance, reliability, and a strong attention to safety.
