Machine Operator Night ShiftWe are looking for a Machine Operator for our Night Shift in Auburn, Nebraska facility with a Sign-On Bonus of $2,500Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 amAt FAST, we don't just make equipment—we build careers, ownership, and pride. Our durable, top-quality equipment is trusted by major cargo handlers and airlines worldwide, and our team is the reason we succeed.Key Responsibilities:Interprets complex drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets.Performs diversified operations on numerical control machining centers.Performs a variety of milling, drilling, and boring to close any interrelated tolerances.Load and unload materials from machinesPerform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesSupport team members as needed to meet production goalsQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredWillingness to learn and take directionStrong attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsReliable attendance and strong work ethicBasic math and measuring skills a plusWe're more than a workplace—we're a company that invests in its people.
