Production Machine Operator (Aseptic)Location: HendersonvillePay Rate: $23.00/hourShift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (12-hours 2-2-3)We are hiring a Machine Operator to support our Aseptic production line. This role is responsible for running downstream equipment, ensuring quality standards, and keeping operations safe and efficient.Duties:Operate and monitor downstream machines and equipmentSet up machines, perform changeovers, and verify correct materials/programsTroubleshoot and adjust equipment to minimize downtimePerform quality checks, collect samples, and inspect finished productsRecord production data, downtime, and faults in the Sherlock systemFollow GMP, safety rules, and start-up/shutdown proceduresAssist with mold changeovers and equipment adjustmentsMaintain cleanliness and complete sanitation/housekeeping tasksRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of machine operator experience in manufacturing (food/beverage industry preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to set up and adjust machineryComfortable using computers and entering production dataDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid)
