Machine Operator (Plastic Injection Molding)Surestaff is immediately hiring machine operators for a customer plastics injection molding position in Lititz, PA. The plastic injection molding machine operator will manage the entire molding process including equipment set-up, reading and following specifications, and inspecting molds, and delivering finished products to end-user for delivery. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, make safety a priority, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Surestaff is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation up to $21.00 an hour, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available rotating shifts include day and night. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.Responsibilities of the Machine Operator (Plastic Injection Molding)Set-up and operate injection molding machines, vision systems, down-stream equipment, and material feed equipment.Monitor process parameters on the injection machines and secondary systems.Safe, accurate, and timely executive of tooling changeovers per work instructions.Set up and adjust assembly, auxiliary, and packaging equipment.Troubleshoot molding problems including but not limited to flash, short shots, dimensional issues, etc.Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator (Plastic Injection Molding)Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.Previous plastics injection molding experience a plus.Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.About SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
