We are looking for a Machine Operator who thrives on performance and precision.Starting Pay: $20.50/hrShift: 9:30pm-6am, Saturday - WednesdayYour RoleAs a Technical Pilot of our label machines, you will ensure high-quality production to meet critical retail deadlines. You won't just push buttons; you will "own" your equipment, troubleshoot issues, and drive results.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate & Troubleshoot: Set up and run label machines efficiently while maintaining a "zero-defect" mindset.Resource Management: Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using our ERP system.Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of all dies and reporting technical issues to the Facility Manager.Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all SOPs and safety protocols (PPE).Who You Are (Competencies)Accountability: You take ownership of production targets and learn from errors to improve future runs.Mechanical Aptitude: You have a "root cause" mentality and want to understand how your machine works.Display Agility: You can pivot between tasks and shifts as production priorities change.Team Before Self: You are willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker meet a site goal.QualificationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.1–2 years of related experience in a production environment.Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.Strong color vision and manual dexterityAdditional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
