Machine OperatorSeeking a Machine Operator to run card production equipment for debit/credit card personalization. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality inspection, and basic maintenance. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Operate card production machinesPerform quality checks and basic maintenanceFollow safety, security, and production policiesTroubleshoot production and quality issuesMaintain a clean work area and order supplies as neededMeet daily production and quality targetsUse basic computer functions for production trackingRequirements include:High school diploma or equivalentBasic computer and math skillsGood written and verbal communicationAbility to read and follow written/oral instructionsProblem-solving and reasoning skillsPreferred qualifications include:1–3 years' mechanical experienceFamiliarity with safety rules and maintenance proceduresIntermediate computer skillsPhysical requirements include:Must be able to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per shift
