We'll help you get where you want to be.Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hr (1st Shift) | $20.87/hr (2nd Shift)Shifts: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:55AM to 2:55PM 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:55PM to 10:55PMThe Machine Operator will operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customers' specifications. Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily / monthly goals. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. Work independently, performing quality inspections on own work according to production standards. Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action. Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies & procedures.Essential Functions / Key Areas of ResponsibilityMust be able to work in a high-paced environmentOperate card production equipment and perform related activitiesConfirm work receiptFormulate and implement work priority decisionsExceed production output and quality standardsPerform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructionsWork independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standardsMaintain a clean and orderly work areaIdentify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency actionWork with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environmentAwareness and compliance with all security and production policies/proceduresMust possess basic computer skillsMaintain housekeeping standards of workstationOrder supplies as neededAttend appropriate training and meetings as requiredMeet safety standardsMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent experienceBasic computer skillsBasic math skills requiredGood communication skills in both written and verbalStrong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilitiesAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formAbility to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and prioritiesIdeal Candidate:Eager to learn and grow within a supportive, high-performance team.Embraces teamwork and values open, cross-department collaboration.Willing to adapt and master both new and traditional equipment.Committed to upholding safety, quality, and process excellence.1-3 years' experience in mechanical ability1-3 years' experience in safety rules and maintenance instructionsIntermediate computer skills.Physical DemandsRequired to be standing and operating a machine 6+ hours a day
