Now Hiring - Entry Level Production OperatorsEstamos Contratando! - Operadores de Maquina y Produccion!Open to training!The production operator performs incoming inspections on products, verifies packaging quality, and helps operate machines in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform incoming inspection of all products according to established procedures and quality standards.Visually inspect all packaging for contamination, debris, damage, or other flaws and report any nonconformances.Follow written and verbal work instructions to support production, packaging, and inspection activities.Operate basic production and packaging equipment as needed to support general production tasks.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality guidelines.Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding product quality, issues, and workflow.Perform general labor and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support overall manufacturing operations.Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail when inspecting products and packaging.Capability to perform general production, packaging, inspection, machine operation, and general labor tasks.1st and 2nd shift availableIf Interested please apply with you resume!Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
