Job description
Machine Maintenance & Operation Tech (9903)$33/hourShift: 6AM to 6PM - Sun, Mon, Tues with alternating WednesdaysProper operation and maintenance of coater lines, including set-ups, maintenance, adjustments, change-over's and wash-upsDetermine the necessary repairs and restore defective equipment to service with a minimal delayEffectively assist supervision with the direction of lower classed trainees and other employeesCommunicate and cooperate with the quality inspectors to assure that a quality product is being producedReact immediately to negative quality trendsPrepare and maintain reports and records related to production, quality, efficiency and maintenanceMaintain the immediate work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following the principles of 5SPerform all duties with the highest level of concern for safety for his/herself and other employees while exercising proper care and protection of company propertyPerforms related work and other duties as assigned
