Job description
Machine OperatorThis role involves setting up and operating machinery to finish production process for windows and other building materials for the construction industry. Job duties include setting up and operating production machinery, adjusting machine settings, inspecting finished materials, operating saws and bending equipment for aluminum extrusions, and assisting with assembly tasks as well.Pay: $21.00 to $25.00/hr starting out!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operating production machinery to cut and shape materials for windowsOperate saws, drill presses, and bending equipment as neededAssemble metal frameworks for doors and windows according to blueprintsInstall hardware such as locks, hinges, and other components on metal doors and window frames.Use forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facilityEssential Skills6+ months of machine operating experience preferredPrevious saws, drill presses, shear, punch press, and other fab equipment preferredExperience operating pallet jacks or forklifts preferredWhy Work Here?Join a hands-on, climate-controlled production environment where you work with quality materials and tools to create custom projects.
