Machine OperatorAre you a skilled machine operator looking for a new challenge? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join the Parts Department of an industrial company in Arlington, WA. This role involves operating various machinery and handling materials to manufacture steel parts. This is a fulltime, permanent position offering day shift hours and a great benefits package upon hire.Location: Arlington, WA Schedule:Day Shift: Monday - Friday - 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. / Overtime 6:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. and every other Saturday 6:00 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. Swing Shift: Monday - Thursday 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. with Overtime and every other Friday 2:30 P.M. – 1:00 A.M.Pay Rate: $22 - $26/hr (based on skills and ability)Key Responsibilities:Operate automated steel angle and steel flatbar parts line (Anglematic).Operate large and small steel punch and steel shear equipment for manufacturing small parts.Handle materials using roller/conveyor systems.Operate large band saws.Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Must obtain Forklift and Crane Operator certifications after hire.Opportunity to operate both smaller and large industrial-sized forklifts.Read a tape measureQualifications:Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.Excellent longevity at previous employers (farming experience is a plus!)Proven experience in operating industrial machinery.Strong mechanical skills and ability to lift heavy materials.Willingness to obtain necessary certifications.If you are a motivated individual with a strong mechanical aptitude, solid work history and experience in machine operation, we encourage you to apply!
