We are a stable and growing family-owned business located in the Moon Township, PA area.Premier Pan Company has an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance and a 401-k plan that includes a company match.Machine Operator - $500 SIGN ON BONUS after 90 daysDay and Evening Shifts Available (48-hour work week)Day Shift: Monday thru Thursday - 5am to 3:30pm / Friday - 5am to 1:30pmEvening Shift: Monday thru Thursday - 1:30pm to 12am / Friday -1:30pm to 10pmIn This Position a Machine Operator Will:Set up machines to start a production cycleEnsure the interminable and efficient running of productionPress/Sheer/Fold Pans using semi-automated machinesAssemble pans into steel bandsUse semi-automated machines to weldCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsPremier Pan is an equal opportunity employer.QualificationsRequired (Basic) QualificationsAttention to detail and safety standards regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)Willingness to learn and improve.Ability to work in a high paced environmentAble to stand or sit for 8 to 10 hours a day with repetitive motionAble to lift 2 to 10 pounds repeatedlyUnderstanding of production proceduresAnalytical skillsTeamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and strength
