Machine OperatorManufacturing Ponca City 7/23/ Full TimeJob Duties:Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesWork effectively in a team environment to promote productivityAttend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedbackInspect outgoing material for accuracyMaintain work area and equipment in clean, orderly condition and follow all safety policies and proceduresParticipate in the Company safety programs and proactively uphold the Company safety cultureCross-train on multiple machinesPerform additional duties as needed.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not requiredPossess a strong work ethic and practice safe working habitsAbility to stand for the duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, or reaching to work with equipment throughout the entire shiftMust be able to lift 50 poundsAbility to work as a team player in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in an uncontrolled climate environment and in the elementsExcellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are necessary to be successful in this roleHours:12-hour days7 days on and 7 days offBenefits:Day 1 Benefits Coverage with low-cost Medical, Vision, DentalDay 1 Paid-time Off and Vacation4.5% Company Match 401(k) plan$500 Annual Company-paid Lifestyle BenefitCompetitive Compensation and BonusesCompany-paid Life and Disability InsuranceEmployee Stock Purchase PlanTraining and Advancement Opportunities
