Digital Print Machine OperatorFSSI East Inc. is looking for a full-time Digital Print Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This position is responsible for operating digital print machinery to produce a high volume of quality printed documentation. We're looking for a reliable candidate who is eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am (2nd shift)Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operation of various digital printing equipment/machinery.Quality control of all printed output.Accurate accountability of all materials used and all printed output.Clear communication of any issues to Supervisor or Manager.Consistent communication with Mail Services team to meet Service Level Agreements.Attention to detail is an absolute must for the accurate and quality printing of multiple jobs on multiple printers.Print Operators are required to maintain an organized and clean workspace.A team player mindset is essential for success in this position. Will frequently work closely with other Print Operators, other Operations teams, Management, and the Client Service team.Consistently follow and practice all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
