Machine Operator / Production WorkerEmployment Type: Full-Time Location: Statesville, NC Pay: $18.57 per hour Schedule:2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMJob Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators / Production Workers. This position assists with machine operations, handles corrugated products, and supports daily manufacturing activities in a fast-paced production environment. This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a hot environment and overtime as needed.Key Responsibilities:Assist machine operators with production line operationsStack, sort, bundle, and move corrugated boxes and materialsInspect products for quality and report any issues to supervisorsKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all safety procedures and workplace policiesPerform general production and manufacturing duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environmentAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shiftSteel-toe boots are requiredAbility to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsReliable transportation and strong attendanceWillingness to work overtime as neededPreferred Qualifications:Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not requiredExperience working in a fast-paced production environmentPhysical Requirements:Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materialsAbility to stand and walk for the entire shiftAbility to safely work around manufacturing equipmentBenefits:Full-time employmentOvertime opportunitiesOn-the-job trainingOpportunities for advancementCore Competencies: Manufacturing, Machine Operation, Production Support, Quality Inspection, Material Handling, Safety Compliance, Teamwork, Reliability, Attention to Detail, Physical Stamina, Time Management
