Machine OperatorWe are searching for motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift team as Machine Operators with at least 1 year of previous experience. This hands-on role involves setting up and running machinery, working with heavy equipment and power tools, interpreting blueprints, adjusting for materials, verifying dimensions, and safely moving components to storage areas. Candidates should value precision, reliability, and teamwork, and be ready to contribute to the fabrication of structural products used in transmission and distribution systems.ScheduleMonday-Thursday: 2:45 pm to 12:45 amO/T Fridays as neededPay$23.89–$29.00/hourResponsibilitiesOperate heavy machinery, power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication equipmentForm and cut materials into specified shapes and sizes, using sheet metal and various structural materialsPerform drilling, forming, seaming, and other fabrication techniquesSafely operate overhead cranes for material handlingTroubleshoot equipment, make minor adjustments, and complete OSHA-required pre-checks and inspectionsMake decisions regarding product quality, dimensional tolerances, and operational sequencingAdhere to all safety regulations and company practicesCarry out additional duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 1 year of experience in a welding/fabrication shop or metalworking environmentHands-on experience with heavy power tools including cutting, pressing, drilling, basic welding, and fabricationFamiliarity with light and heavy industrial equipment, including CNC machinery, melt shop operations, machining, overhead cranes, and medium to heavy equipment operationAbility to read and interpret blueprints and verify dimensional specificationsReliable and consistent attendance and punctualityPhysical capability to stand for extended periods, climb on/off equipment, and lift materials exceeding 50 pounds on a regular basis
