Job description
Machine Operator IWe are looking for dependable Machine Operator I candidates to join our manufacturing team in Hebron, Kentucky. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, requiring comfort with dirty processes and regular rotation across various stations within the department. Participation in our uniform program is available to ensure safety and cleanliness. Occasional operation of a reach forklift may be required.Job Title: Machine Operator IShift: First Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (10-hour days with mandatory overtime)Location: Hebron, KentuckyKey Responsibilities:Operate various machines as assignedRotate throughout the department and learn all workstationsMaintain productivity and quality standards during machine operationParticipate in the uniform program to promote safety and hygieneOccasionally drive a reach forklift as neededMaintain a clean and organized workspaceAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresWork scheduled 10-hour days with mandatory overtimeQualifications:Willingness to work in a dirty and physically demanding environmentAbility to learn multiple stations and adapt to changing tasksEligible and willing to participate in the uniform programExperience with machine operation and/or reach forklifts is preferredStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to stand, lift, bend, and carry during shiftsMust be willing to work mandatory overtimeBenefits:Competitive payOvertime opportunitiesUniform program participation
