Machine OperatorJoin a dynamic startup environment as a Machine Operator, where you will play a crucial role in assisting with the setup and operation of new machinery in a steel extrusion facility. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the foundational team, ensuring smooth operations as the plant becomes fully operational.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the assembly and operation of new machinery.Perform general labor tasks, including cleaning tools, dies, and molds.Operate machinery for steel extrusion processes.Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.Operate sit-down forklifts safely.Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.Demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.Essential SkillsAbility to read and use a tape measure accurately.Experience in machine operating within a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts.Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in general labor and production assembly.Familiarity with hand tools.Ability to adapt and perform various tasks in a startup facility.Why Work Here?Be part of a pioneering team at a startup facility where your contributions will have a significant impact. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
