Machine Operator – Roll FormerWe are currently hiring a Machine Operator – Roll Former to support production in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining roll forming machines used to shape metal products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the process. The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain roll forming machinesRead and interpret work orders and blueprintsPerform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustmentsConduct basic machine maintenance as neededUse hand tools and measurement instruments accuratelyEnsure products meet quality standards and specificationsMonitor production processes and report issuesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesRequirementsExperience in manufacturing or metalworking preferredAbility to read blueprints and work ordersBasic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and qualityBasic math and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot issues independentlyHigh School Diploma preferredBilingual (English or Spanish) preferredReliable, punctual, and team-orientedReady to grow your career in metal manufacturing?
