Machine OperatorOur client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the embossing and card manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Shoreview, MNPay Rate: $20.00/hourShift: First Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday) Second Shift (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday)What's the Job?Operate embossing production machines to produce credit, debit, and prepaid cardsSet up, run, and tear down embossing equipment efficiently and accuratelyPerform quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure high standardsVerify that printed cards and mailers are clear, presentable, and meet client specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines at the end of each shiftWhat's Needed?HS/GED CompletionExperience using a computer for data entry and process documentationProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to stand for 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 poundsPhysical ability to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel, and bend frequentlyWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environmentTraining on world-class embossing equipmentPotential for ongoing employment and skill developmentSupportive team environmentWork with a reputable organization committed to quality and efficiencyUpon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
