Machine Operator ManufacturingNSC Staffing has immediate direct hire Machine Operator openings in St. Pete, FL! Machine Operator Job Type: Full-time Business Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday Experience Level: 2 plus years experience Salary rage: $16- $19 hourlyResponsibilities:Set up production machinery to cut flexible shaftUse small hydraulic presses to attach metal fittings to shaftsInspect products using micrometer and calipersEnter results in databaseQualifications:High school diploma/GED required, Trade School or Associate degree is a plusGood communication skills (verbal and written)Basic math and computer skills requiredMechanically inclinedAt least 2 years mechanical assembly experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read blueprints is desiredPhysical Demands:Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per dayAbility to move about, bend, stoop, use handsUnaided visual acuity or corrected visual acuity should be at least 20/40 in each eye at infinity (20 feet) with ability to distinguish colorsMust be able to perform repetitive tasks
