Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll DoOperate a concrete coring machine to produce products that meet customer and quality specifications.Read and interpret production schedules, work orders, drawings, and measurements.Set up, adjust, and monitor coring equipment for safe and efficient operation.Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor operating issues.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production goals.What You'll NeedMechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.Ability to read a tape measure and accurately follow measurements and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, climbing, and walking for extended periods.Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed to support production.Experience operating saws, drills, coring equipment, or other manufacturing machinery.Your EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWe are CMC, a Fortune 500® company at the leading edge of our industry.
