Machine OperatorMachine Operator openings in Scandia, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are detail-oriented, and want to grow within a supportive team environment.Hourly Pay: $17.00Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMPay Frequency: WeeklyEmployment Type: Evaluation-to-HireLocation: Scandia, MNMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceShort-Term Disability & Life InsuranceSick LeaveHoliday PayEmployee Assistance ProgramReferral Bonus Program ($100 for each referral who works 100 hours)Operate thermoforming plastic machines by loading plastic sheets or rolls and initiating the forming process.Unload cooled parts and visually inspect for quality defects.Count, stack, and wrap parts according to specifications for shipment.Trim parts using hand tools or a band saw as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and surrounding area.Follow directions and work effectively in a team-centric environment.Ability to read a tape measure and willingness to learn micrometers and calipers.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.Basic manufacturing or production experience preferred.Basic reading, writing, math, and counting skills required.High School Diploma or GED.No background check or drug screen required.Opportunity for advancement to setup ($20–$22/HR), shipping, office roles, and more.Supportive management team and a balanced work environment—some days are fast-paced, others more relaxed.Since 2015, Express Employment Professionals in Forest Lake has partnered with over 300 businesses across the region to match top talent with rewarding job opportunities.
