Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Machine Operator is a critical role that delivers quality decoration of premium products for our customers.Primary ResponsibilitiesA successful Machine Operator will:Successfully and safely run a multi-head Wilcom Embroidery MachineWork at a standing workstation with ergonomic floor mats for safety and comfortLearn to hoop and prepare soft goods to run on an embroidery machineUse hand-eye coordination to thread machine and change needlesRead and properly execute production work orders and instructionsCommunicate professionally with team members and supervisorsMonitor the proper functioning of assigned embroidery machineKeep workstation clean and organizedAdditional projects or duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to safely lift up to 25 poundsBasic computer skills to read and print work orders as neededKnowledge of English language to understand safety and training requirements and review and process work orders - Must be able to understand and respond to safety instructions, emergency directions, work instructions, and supervisor communications sufficiently to perform the position safely and effectively.Location3000 Niagara Lane North, Plymouth, MN 55447This is 2nd Shift 3 – 11:30 pmOnsite position in our Production facilityIndustryBusiness to Business eCommerce and ApparelMerchology is an equal opportunity employer and certified Disability-owned Business Enterprise.
